Dear Diary,

I reached another milestone this week that I should have hit sooner but I’m just so lazy! Not too lazy to do favors for my friends, though. Just too lazy to go to work! (But then, I knew that was going to happen…)

So I popped into Robin’s to find her under the weather (thankfully nothing contagious), and happily gave her a dose of the medicine I always carry on me for just such an occasion. Unfortunately, she wasn’t grateful enough for the help to finally give me her picture. Just a conductor’s jacket. Sigh.

Lopez asked me to deliver another gift, but this time it was an apology to Apple for what he did during their prank war (I don’t even want to know…). It was a muscle tee which honestly didn’t look terrible on Apple, even though it’s pink, same as her. And this is how you know I’m a nice person because I’m still doing favors for two of my oldest friends knowing all I’m going to get out of it is a denim vest.

Muffy admitted she was thinking about moving away, and I asked her to stick around a bit longer. I admit I’ve been kind of ignoring her lately so it’s kind of on me she feels this way. I’ve just been focusing most of my attention on Ace and Robin (and sometimes Kitt) since they’ve been around the longest without giving me a picture. Sorry, Muffy! I’ll do better!

This week I decided to head over to Paradise Planning and pull a shift since I had some extra time. While strolling the beach to see who I wanted to design a vacation home for, I found a bottle that contained a new DIY recipe for a glowing-moss forest wall. Yay for new things I’ll never craft!

Marina wanted an underwater palace, so that’s just what she got. I have to admit I wasn’t terribly inspired to do much more than just dump furniture in a room. Because it’s all underwater, it didn’t seem right to have a separate room and like, a TV or whatever. Electronics and water don’t really mix… although there are lights, I suppose. Whatever! She liked it well enough!

I also got a new title, “Breakout Designer,” which like I said, I should have gotten a long time ago but I hardly ever go to work. I also got a raise so now I get 12,000 Poki for each job I complete. Plus, Wardell told me I could buy items from the shop on credit if I didn’t have enough Poki on me. Which won’t probably ever happen because I barely buy anything from the shop. It’s all the same furniture in new colors and designs. Occasionally, there are things that catch my eye and I’ll buy, but not often.

Finally, I found a book on the ground that turned out to belong to our newest resident, Patty. Glad I could get started on our friendship. Obviously I wasn’t expecting a picture first thing, so the animal-stripes tee was perfectly fine (even if I already had that color). Just happy to help!
