Wootini’s Weekly Animal Crossing Diary 6/24/23

Dear Diary,

It was a pretty quiet week on the island, though I did do some favors and stop people from leaving me. Oh, and it’s been raining more often than not so a lot of my time has been spent digging up new flowers that sprout up and ruin my layouts!

I checked in on Genji and he was seriously ill. Since he’s one of my oldest friends on the island, I’m happy to give him some medicine (I had just restocked recently so I had plenty!) to help him feel better. I don’t even need anything in return since I got his picture ages ago. Of course, he still feels the need to pawn off some piece of whatever to say thanks. I accept it with a smile and then go sell it to the Nooklings.

Renée got into a fight with Apple, so I agreed to deliver a little gift to say sorry. Although I’m never sure who this counts as a favor for. Apple’s the one who gives the thank you gift, but I think it’s Renée who I get credit for doing the favor for. Anything to keep Renée sweet, since I’m still waiting for her picture!

I was just walking around when Apollo called out my name and came rushing over. Apparently he decided that I needed to have a nickname. I mean, I already do. Other people call me different things. But I guess Apollo wanted to come up with something himself. And honestly, I don’t hate “Kid C.” Even if it makes me sound like a rapper or something. I hope it spreads around and more people call me that!

At the end of the week, I saw Lopez walking around and I knew exactly what the look on his face meant. It’s been a while since he’s thought about moving away, but apparently it was time again. Naturally, I shut that down immediately because he’s my all-time favorite. And my boyfriend. I’m not letting him go anywhere! (You’d think he would’ve figured that out by now!)
