Dear Diary,

It was pretty quiet on Xanadu this week… maybe too quiet? Honestly, it’s probably the calm before the storm, what with Toy Day coming up next week!

Camofrog just sort of randomly flagged me down and gave me a festive wreath. I didn’t have the heart to tell him that I’ve already got a few of them, but it did inspire me to put it on my front door and take down the mushroom wreath that’s been there all through November. I’m not really in the mood to decorate for the holidays this year, so a wreath on the door will have to do!

Pecan was camping on the island at the beginning of the week, and while she’s super cute, she’s very much like Robin, and I don’t know if I want another fancy lady neighbor. Not that it matters, since Robin hasn’t moved out yet anyway!

Then a couple of days later, we had another camper! It’s very cold and snowy outside so I’m not really sure this is the best time to be staying out in a tent, but you do you! At first I thought it was Puck but it’s not. He’s not wearing a safety helmet. Chabwick is wearing earmuffs. I kind of love him because he’s adorable and a little dumb, but there’s still no room on the island for anyone new.

At the end of the week, I found a book and I couldn’t tell right away who had lost it. Turned out it was Muffy, which was great. She gave me a fast food uniform, but the real reward was strengthening our friendship!

Then Kitt tried to move away but I stopped her. Not that I’m all that attached to her but she’s one of those neighbors who’s been around for ages like Ace, and never gave me her picture. I’ll have to try giving her some gifts… not that it worked with Ace so far…

But I can afford to be super generous because I am a multi-millionaire. This week I made another deposit to my bank account and reached a balance of $20 million bells! I have more money than I know what to do with! Unfortunately, that’s only on the island. If only it could be like that in my other life, too…
